Gabrielle brings 25 + years of teaching to her classes, workshops, trainings and private work. With an undergrad in Philosophy, Religion and communications she then began her exploration of comtemplative practices since in the early 90's ~ dedicated to the studies of Breath, Prana, Meditation, Mindfulness, Somatic Healing to integrate Trauma; she is a yoga therapist certified through IAYT and she is a Experienced Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has studied with Kathleen Barratt who is one of her main teacher since 1994. She is a Restorative Breathwork® Advanced Facilitator and Teacher and has received her Restorative Breathwork® Master Level Certification and is on the faculty for the Barratt Breath Institute.
